So I couldn't figure out how to post a comment so I decided to post it in the news instead. I am really excited to try the pad thai recipe! We love pad thai too and even though there actually are a lot of good thai restaurants within walking distance of us, we have tried to make it a few times. I have a kind of weird healthy recipe that actually has a little bit of ketchup in it...which is a bit weird. So I will definitely try this one!!
